STEP 2.In a mixing bowl mix, the cleaned and washed small fish with all the ingredients very well.
STEP 3.Rest the marinated fish for 10 minutes.
STEP 4.In a pan heat mustard oil till the fume comes.
STEP 5.Arrange the fish one by one in medium flame.
STEP 6.Cook uncovered for 3 minutes then for 3 minutes in low flame.
STEP 7.Now flip all one-sided cooked fish. Likewise cook the other side for 5 minutes in low flame, uncovered. Crispy fried small fish ready to be served with sliced onion, slit green chilli and lemon slice.
