  • 1 kilogram halwa fish cleaned and cut in pieces
  • As required For fish marination
  • 1.50 tablespoon Fish masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Juice of a lemon
  • 3 tablespoon Water
  • As required For fish masala powder
  • 8-10 Whole red chilli
  • 1 tablespoon whole jeera
  • 1 tablespoon whole coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon whole sauf
  • 1/4 teaspoon rai
  • 1/2 kilogram Basmati rice
  • 5 onion sliced
  • 4 Chopped Tomatoes
  • 3-4 Green chillies
  • 2-3 Bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Whole black pepper
  • 2 Whole dalchini
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon jeera powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • As required Red chilli powder
  • bunch Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/2 As required oil cup
