Ingredients for Fish Balls Recipe

  • 500 gram white fish
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1/2 cup Water

Directions: Fish Balls Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mince the fish in the chopper. Place ingredients in a food processor and mix well. You can also use your hands.
  • STEP 2.Have a large bowl of iced water and drop fish balls in it. Form little balls using your hands.
  • STEP 3.Bring a large saucepan of water with 1 tbsp salt to boil. Slowly drop fishballs into the water no more than 10.
  • STEP 4.When they float they
