STEP 1.Mince the fish in the chopper. Place ingredients in a food processor and mix well. You can also use your hands.
STEP 2.Have a large bowl of iced water and drop fish balls in it. Form little balls using your hands.
STEP 3.Bring a large saucepan of water with 1 tbsp salt to boil. Slowly drop fishballs into the water no more than 10.
