  • 5 Fish Balls
  • 2.50 Slices Of Fish Cake
  • 1 cloves Cloves Of Garlic, Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Stock
  • as needed Crispy Shallots, For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil a pot of water and cook the mee pok noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • STEP 2.In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and cook the fish balls and fish cake slices until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
