  • STEP 1.In a large bowl, combine rice flour, coconut milk, salt, and sugar. Mix well until smooth.
  • STEP 2.In a separate pan, sauté garlic, onion, and meat until cooked.
  • STEP 3.Add the cooked meat to the rice flour mixture and mix well.
  • STEP 4.Prepare banana leaves by cutting them into squares and blanching them in boiling water to soften.
