STEP 1.Cook beans in a pressure cooker with bay leaves and water. cook it at high flame and when it reaches high pressure reduce the flame to medium and cook it for 20 minutes. Drain the water when your beans are cooked.
STEP 2.Stock the collard green leaves on top of each other and roll them to form a cylinder. Slice these rolls into thin strips .Heat some oil in a pan and saute 2 garlic cloves in it for about 2 minutes.
STEP 3.To this add the collard green leaves and cook it for 5 minutes. Season it with some salt and black pepper . Add bacon to the same pan and cook until it turns golden brown .
STEP 4.Stir fry the onions and remaining garlic for 2 minutes. Add sausages and drained beans to it and cook it for a minute . Now add collard green and eggs in it . Season with some salt and gradually add roasted flour in it and combine well.
STEP 5.Turn off the flame and garnish with chopped parsley and spring onions .
