With all the cattle ranchers in our state, these sandwiches are a great way to use ground beef. I've done a lot of traveling and tried a lot of recipes, but I think this is one of the best I've ever tasted. It makes a hearty meal.
Ingredients for Favorite Meatball Sandwiches Recipe

1/20 cup Chopped Onion
1/20 cup Chopped Green Pepper
0.15 cup Stewed tomatoes
1/10 can Tomato paste
1/5 can Tomato Sauce
1/5 teaspoon Brown sugar
1/10 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/20 teaspoon Dried oregano
1/20 teaspoon Dried Basil

1/5 Large Eggs, Lightly Beaten
1/20 cup Dry Bread Crumbs

0.07 teaspoon Salt
1/100 teaspoon Pepper
1/100 teaspoon Dried oregano
1/100 teaspoon Rubbed Sage
