Ingredients for Farali thali Recipe

  • As required Aaloo ki sabzi banane k liye:-
  • 1.25 nos boiled potato
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Jeera
  • 1/4 tbsp adarak aur mirch ka paste
  • 0-1/4 nos Curry leaves
  • 1/4 tbsp Suger
  • 1/4 tsp Nimbu ka ras
  • As required Pink salt
  • As required Samavat rice khichdi banane k liye:-
  • 0.13 cup samavat rice
  • 0.38 tbsp adarak aur mirch paste
  • 1/4 nos dalchini ka tukda
  • 1/2 nos Cloves
  • 1/4 tbsp Ghee
  • 1/4 tsp Jeera
  • As required Pink salt
  • 0-1/4 nos Curry leaves
  • 1/2 cup Pani
  • As required Samvat rice ki kheer banane k liye:-
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 0-1/4 tbsp samavat rice
  • 0-1/4 tbsp Sugar
  • 0.13 tsp elichi powder
  • As required Rajgira puri banane k liye:-
  • 1/4 cup Rajgira flour
  • 1/4 nos boiled potato
  • 0.13 tsp Pink salt
  • 1/4 tsp Oil
  • As required Masala sing banane k liye:-
  • 1/4 cup mugfali k Dane
  • 0.13 tsp Lal mirch powder
  • As required Salt

  • STEP 1.Aaloo ki sabzi ki recipe banane k liye:-
  • STEP 2.Pan me tel garam kare,aur jeera ka tadka lagaye
  • STEP 3.Usme curry leaves, adrak aur Hari mirch ka paste dalkar achachi tarah se bhun le
  • STEP 4.Aaloo , sugar ,nibu ka ras aur namak dalkar achchi tarah se mix karle
  • STEP 5.Isme aap bhun kar crush ki hui mugfali aur til bhi dal sakte he
  • STEP 6.Samavat rice ki khichdi banane k liye:-
  • STEP 7.Samavat rice ko dho kar bhigo le
  • STEP 8.Cooker me ghee garam karke, jeere ka tadka lagaye
  • STEP 9.Dalchini ka tukda , cloves,Adark aur Hari mirch ka paste , curry leaves dalkar achche se bhun le
  • STEP 10.Fir usme samavat rice aur paani dalkar mix karle
  • STEP 11.Swad anusar namak dalkar mix karle
  • STEP 12.Cooker ki 3-4 siti lagale
  • STEP 13.Isme aap mugfali k Dane,dahi aur sugar bhi dal sakte he

  • STEP 15.Samavat rice ko dho kar 1/2 hr k liye bhigo de
  • STEP 16.Pan me doodh garam kare aur 3 se 4 ubal aane de
  • STEP 17.Fir usme bhigoya hua samavat rice dal kar thik hone tak pakaye ya fir rice k Pak Jane Tak pakaye
  • STEP 18.Samavat rice achche se Pak Jane k baad usme sugar , elichi powder aur dryfruits dal kar mix kar le
  • STEP 19.2 min baad gas bandh kar le garma garam ya fir fridge me thnda karke parose
  • STEP 20.Rajgira Puri banane k liye:-
  • STEP 21.Bowl me aate ko chaan le
  • STEP 22.1 aaloo ko grate karke dale
  • STEP 23.1 tsp oil,salt dalkar mix kar le
  • STEP 24.Jarurat pade to thoda paani dal kar aata guth le
  • STEP 25.Hath me tel lagakar masal le aur loiya bana le
  • STEP 26.Chakle PE tel lagakar ya fir plastic rakhkar Puri Bel le
  • STEP 27.Aur garam tel me sunhara hone tak tal le
