  • 0.06 cup Condensed Milk
  • 0.06 teaspoon Cardamom Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a blender, blend together pistachios, milk, condensed milk, and cardamom powder until smooth.
  • STEP 2.Pour the mixture into kulfi molds or small glasses.
  • STEP 3.Cover the molds with aluminum foil and insert a popsicle stick into each mold.
  • STEP 4.Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • STEP 5.To serve, remove the kulfi from the molds by dipping them in warm water for a few seconds.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve with falooda noodles, rose syrup, and sweet basil seeds.
