An american chinese dish given indian flavour which is quiet healthy and could be consumed in fasts and that's why a perfect treat for navratri's. It's singhade(water chestnuts) flour noodles combined with guvava sauce. The veggies used in the original choupsey sauce are given a replacement with fruits like apple, guvava, nag(pears).
