STEP 1.In a bowl add all ingredients and mix it well. Now add water (as needed) to make soft dough. Keep it aside for 10 minutes. Now take greased pie mould, and set the dough in it, pricks it with the help of fork. Bake it in preheated oven on 180d for 20 to 25 minutes.
STEP 2.Mix all ingredients well and cook it for 2 minutes on low flame. Then take some portion of the mixture and make small balls.
STEP 3.Dry roast desiccated coconut on low flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
STEP 4.In a pan add milk and khoya and cook it for 1 minute. Now add sugar, desiccated coconut and cook it on low flame till it becomes thick. Add ghee, essence and cardamom powder and cook it for 1 minute. Toasted Coconut burfi mixture is ready.
STEP 5.Cut orange in slices. In a boiling water add slices and after 2 minutes, take out orange slices from water. Now in a pan add sugar and 1/4 cup water and boil it. Add orange slices ,and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes. Then drain the slices from sugar, syrup and bake it on 180d for 10 to 15 minutes in preheated oven.
STEP 6.For assemble :
STEP 7.In a pie tart, add toasted coconut mixture and orange sandesh. Then arrange caramelized orange slices and garnish it with mint leaves.
