My inspiration for this dish is from Turkish baked dessert Satlac. Satlac is baked rice pudding. But i made it with Vrat k chawal or sama rice in rajgira Flour tart .

Ingredients for Falahari baket kheer in Rajgira tart Recipe

  • As required For tart:
  • 1/5 cup Rajgira atta
  • 1/10 cup Sugar
  • 1/10 cup Ghee
  • 1/5 cup Milk
  • As required cardamom powder
  • As required For kheer:
  • 1/10 cup sama rice
  • 1 cups Milk
  • As required cardamom powder
  • As required dryfruits chopped

Directions: Falahari Baket Kheer In Rajgira Tart Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. in a pan add ghee and rajgira flour roast it on slow flame till it turns pink, add milk and sugar make a thick dough, leaves the pan.finally add cardamom powder
  • STEP 2.2. in a pan add sama rice and milk cook on slow flame till you get the thick bater like mix
  • STEP 3.3. add sugar and cook again till the sugar water evaporate.
  • STEP 4.4. finally add cardamom powder and some dryfruits.
  • STEP 5.5. in a tart mould make a layer of rajgira dough.
  • STEP 6.6. fill it with kheer and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degree
  • STEP 7.7. garnish with dryfruits serve cold or hot .
