STEP 1.Take bowl add mashed potatoes, Red chilli powder, cumin seeds, sendha salt, green chilli chopped and curry leaves powder. Mix it well.
STEP 2.Now, make a balls like lemon. Once finish shaping, heat the oil in a pan for shallow fry on medium heat.add few cutlets at a time and fry them on a low medium flame. Don’t disturb it for first 1-2 minutes otherwise, it will get a break.
STEP 3.Once browned and cooked from one side, flip them and fry the other side.
STEP 4.Serve hot tikki with curd.
