Succullent basa cooked in sweet chilli exotica sauce is my creation which is a mix of red garlic sauce and exotica sweet chilli sauce. Aunthentic chinese gravy with basa makes a great meal with rice. I used the sauces as tge base nd only some green/spring onion for flavour. Spiced with some schezwan garlic sauce, and given some sweet taste with sweet chilli sauce, this fish gravy a way ahead in taste for sure.
