  • 1.13 Lic Cloves
  • 1/4 tablespoon Tamarind Paste
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a blender, grind together dried red chilies, garlic, tamarind paste, and salt to make a smooth chutney.
  • STEP 2.Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of dosa batter. Spread it in a circular motion to make a small dosa.
  • STEP 3.Spread a spoonful of the red chili chutney on top of the dosa.
  • STEP 4.Cook until the dosa is crispy and golden brown on both sides.
