Fruit custard trifles is a simple summer dessert made with mixed fruits, with vanilla sponge pieces or small pieces of biscuits(as per choice)milk & custard powder. Serve this chilled & you will love it.

As required Ingredients
0-2 tbsp -custard powder(vanilla)
0-1/2 cup -milk
tbsp -Sugar
0-26 nos -whipped creamgm
0-12 pieces -vanilla sponge/biscuit square
6 nos -fresh fruits - as you required.

STEP 1.Take 2.5 cup milk in a heavy bottom saucepan and keep it on the stove top.and bring the milk to a gentle simmer.
STEP 2.while milk is warming up then take 3 tbsp warm or room temperature milk in a small Bowl add 3 tbsp of custard powder.
STEP 3.with a whisker ,stir very well to make a smooth paste or slurry with out any lumps.
STEP 4.when the milk has to come to a gentle heat add 5 tbsp sugar stir very well that sugar dissolves.
STEP 5.keep the flame on a very low and add the custard paste in parts.
STEP 6.as soon as you add custard mixture stire quickly so the lumps not formed.
STEP 7.cook it 4-5 minutes on low heat.
STEP 8.the mixture will thicken slowly
STEP 9.then switch off the gas pour it another Bowl rest it for room temperature and then keep it in the fridge for 2 hours
STEP 10.cut some fresh fruits.
STEP 11.after that mix whipped cream in it and give good mix and using piping bag transfer it gently into clear plastic small glass with layers of fresh fruits or sponge square pieces then repeat the process.
And its ready.
