Built of a base of crisp, grassy rhum agricole blanc (belanger suggests rhum jm 100 blanc), brightened with cool mint liqueur and fresh lime, lengthened with lime-flavored sparkling water can you imagine anything more refreshing? The emerald city recipe calls for giffards menthe-pastille. You can use any sweet mint liqueur you prefer, and it doesnt matter if its white or green since its in a can.
