1/10 cup Rice flour i used store bought rice flour. you can use idiyappam flour also
0.13 cup Water divided, refer notes
1/10 teaspoon Gingelly oil
0.03 teaspoon Salt
0.30 tablespoon Gingelly oil for greasing the mold and steaming plates
