  • 1/2 cup Rice powder
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • As required boiled water one cup
  • 1 nos jaggery tbs
  • As required Salt one pinch
  • As required coconut half cup

Directions: Ella Ada And Rice Balls Recipe

  • STEP 1.Make dough with rice powder, salt, ghee and hot water keep aside.fry jaggery, coconut cardamom powder in ghee.now stuffing ready.in banana leaf take small balls and flatten . keep stuffing one side fold and seal side . make small balls also . steam for 7minutes .it is ready to serve.
  • STEP 2.using ghee add taste
