  • STEP 1.Boil water and cook udon noodles for 2-3 minutes (if fresh or frozen). Drain and set aside, saving ¼ cup of the noodle water.
  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat butter or sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in the beaten eggs, stirring continuously for a creamy texture.
  • STEP 2.Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan. Stir in soy sauce and a splash of reserved noodle water. Toss everything together until the noodles are well coated. Serve immediately with garnishes of your choice.
