  • 0.06 cup Jowar/great millet flour
  • 0.06 cup Ragi/finger millet Flour
  • 0.06 cup Gram flour
  • 0.19 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/4 tablespoon lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 0.13 onion – medium finely chopped
  • As required Salt
  • 0.13 tablespoon ghee / Oil– for kneading + 3 tbsp for greasing thalipeeth
  • As required water as and if required for kneading
  • 3/4-1 Green paste green chillies – medium hot
  • 1.25-1.50 garlic cloves
  • 0.13 cup coriander leaves
  • 0.38 tablespoon Grated ginger
  • As required Serving – Pickle or any dip
