Ingredients for Eggplant Paneer Masala #BSK Recipe
50 g Paneer
2 Pieces One Eggplant cut into round
1/4 Cup coriandar chopped
1/2 Tsp black peppar
0.13 Cup Grated cococunt
0.13 Tsp muster seeds
1/2 Pieces Grated onion
1/2 Pieces Tomato paste
1/4 Tsp Garam masala
1/2 Tsp Chat masala
1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 Tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
A Pinch salt as per taste
1/2 Tsp Sugar
2 Pieces Garlic paste
1/4 Tsp kasuri methi
100 g Curd
2 Tbsp refind oil
Directions: Eggplant Paneer Masala #bsk Recipe
STEP 1.At first cut the eggplant into 4 round Pieces then through Kinfe cut a hole middle of the each eggplant pieces and keep it a side.
STEP 2.Heat a pan add some oil and muster seed then paneer, coconut, add some chatmasala , crushed black Pepper, salt as per taste .shallow fry the masala .wait or cool down the masala.
STEP 3.After that take each eggplant pieces filled the middle hole with shallow fried paneer masala and keep ist into the refrigerator for 15min.
STEP 4.After 15min stuffed eggplant pieces take out from the refrigerator. Then shallow fry all the eggplant pieces into the frying pan.now te for making the gravy masala.
STEP 5.Heated the karai and add some refined oil fried garlic, onion, tomato paste properly then add sugar, kasuri mathi, curd,turmeric powder, kashmiri chilli powderand mix all well as per requied add some wateradd all the paneer stuffed eggplant into the gravy. Wait for thick consistency gravy.
STEP 6.Eggplant paneer masala ready to eat, serve into a bowl and decorated with some chopped coriender leaves along with rice or roti.
