Ingredients for Eggless No Bake Mango Soufflé Recipe
1/2 tbsp gelatine/agar-agar
125 ml Vanilla Ice Cream
1/4 cup Mango pulp
1/4 cup cream
0-1/4 tbsp Powdered sugar
As required Fresh mango for garnish
As required Sprigs of mint for garnish
Directions: Eggless No Bake Mango Soufflé Recipe
STEP 1.To begin, soak gelatine in half a cup of water. Mix well and keep aside for at least 5 minutes.
STEP 2.Take vanilla ice cream in a large bowl. I have used the family pack brick. Cut it up roughly.
STEP 3.Add in mango pulp. I prefer to keep it a bit chunky.
STEP 4.Add cream, powdered sugar as per taste, and the soaked gelatine.
STEP 5.Mix with an electric mixer until the mixture is blended well. Do not whip it too much making sure the ice cream does not melt completely.
STEP 6.Transfer the mixture into serving bowls and refrigerate for a few hours until set.
STEP 7.The Eggless Mango Soufflé is ready to serve. Top It With Chopped Mangoes And A Sprig Of Mint.
