Ingredients for Eggless No Bake Mango Soufflé Recipe

  • 1/2 tbsp gelatine/agar-agar
  • 125 ml Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1/4 cup Mango pulp
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 0-1/4 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • As required Fresh mango for garnish
  • As required Sprigs of mint for garnish

Directions: Eggless No Bake Mango Soufflé Recipe

  • STEP 1.To begin, soak gelatine in half a cup of water. Mix well and keep aside for at least 5 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Take vanilla ice cream in a large bowl. I have used the family pack brick. Cut it up roughly.
  • STEP 3.Add in mango pulp. I prefer to keep it a bit chunky.
  • STEP 4.Add cream, powdered sugar as per taste, and the soaked gelatine.
  • STEP 5.Mix with an electric mixer until the mixture is blended well. Do not whip it too much making sure the ice cream does not melt completely.
  • STEP 6.Transfer the mixture into serving bowls and refrigerate for a few hours until set.
  • STEP 7.The Eggless Mango Soufflé is ready to serve. Top It With Chopped Mangoes And A Sprig Of Mint.
