Mango is the most liked fruit in summers. Me and my family love mango dishes. So this time for summer special I have made Mango Sooji Cake which was eggless.
STEP 2.• Put milk, sugar powder and rava in a blender jar.
STEP 3.• Now add flour, butter and mango pulp to it.
STEP 4.• Now add baking powder, baking soda and salt.
STEP 5.• Now close the blender jar and blend until a thick batter is formed.
STEP 6.• Pour the cake batter into a pre-greased cake pan, sprinkle with almond flakes and bake at 200℃ for 25-30 minutes.
STEP 7.• When the cake is ready, cool it on a rack and take it out in a plate and serve.
