I make this mango cake eggless so that many of you can make this recipe with me .... For the dry ingredients, I use a simple mix of flour, baking powder, and baking soda, and for the wet ingredients, I use sugar, oil, mango puree, vanilla, and milk. What gives this cake the delicious flavor of mango....

Ingredients for Eggless mango cake Recipe

  • 1.50 cups 1 1/2 cups mang
  • 4 cup 4 cup sug
  • 1.50 cups 1 1/2 cups plain flour (maida) 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 cup Melted butter
  • 3/4 cup Condensed milk
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Colourful tutti frutti

Directions: Eggless Mango Cake Recipe

  • STEP 1.Combine the mango cubes and sugar in a mixer and blend till smooth. Keep aside.
  • STEP 2. Combine the plain flour, baking powder and baking soda in a deep bowl, mix well and keep aside.
  • STEP 3.Combine the mango mixture, melted butter, condensed milk and vanilla essence in a deep bowl and mix well using a spatula.
  • STEP 4.Add the plain flour mixture and milk and fold in gently using a spatula.
  • STEP 5.Pour the batter into a greased and dusted 175 mm. (7") diameter aluminium tin.
  • STEP 6.Tap it slightly to even out the mixture .
  • STEP 7.Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 25 minutes. Keep aside to cool slightly.
  • STEP 8. Demould the cake from cake tin ...put in a plate and garnish with some tutti fruitti ...now serve hot nd cool...
