Eggless Cardamom Cake, a cardamom flavour eggless cake, is a tea time cake infused with cardamom's sweet aroma. This aromatic tea cake is a perfect companion to a cup of tea. This cake is very versatile; you can bake cupcakes, loaf, pound cake or bundt cake of the same batter.

Ingredients for Eggless Cardamom Cake Recipe

  • 20 gm condensed milk
  • 12.50 ml Milk
  • 10 gm Unsalted butter
  • 1/10 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 1/10 cup All-purpose flour
  • As required Baking Soda ½ tsp
  • 1/10 tsp Baking powder
  • As required Salt Salt: ¼ tsp
  • 1/5 tsp cardamom powder

Directions: Eggless Cardamom Cake Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl, add softened butter and castor sugar. Whisk together till light and fluffy.
  • STEP 2.Add condensed milk and cardamom powder and mix it well. Add milk and whisk till mixed well.
  • STEP 3.Sift together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Put the dry ingredients into the above wet ingredients and mix gently with a whisk or spatula.
  • STEP 4.Pour the batter into greased or parchment paper-lined 6-inch cake tin or bundt pan. Tap the pan 2-3 times to release the air bubbles.
  • STEP 5.Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 20-25 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean.
  • STEP 6.Allow it to cool down for 5 minutes. Run a serrated knife around the edges of the cake, loosen it and let it cool down completely on the wire rack.
  • STEP 7.Dust it with icing sugar, and the cake is ready to serve.
  • STEP 8.Note: All Ingredients Should Be At Room Temperature. Omit The Salt In The Recipe If You Are Using Salted Butter.
