Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, chopped onions, and green chilies. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Then add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Add boiled and mashed eggs to the mixture and mix until well combined. Cook for a few minutes and remove from heat.
  • STEP 4.Take samosa wrappers and fill them with the egg mixture. Seal the edges with water and shape them into triangular samosas.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the samosas until golden brown and crispy. Drain excess oil on a paper towel.
