Ingredients for Egg roll Recipe

  • 0.67 Cups All purpose flour
  • 2 Pieces Egg
  • 0.33 Pieces Cucumber finely grated
  • 0.33 Pieces Onion: Finely Chopped/Sliced
  • 0.33 Pieces chhoped green chilli
  • 0.67 Tbsp paper powder
  • 0.33 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1.67 Tsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1 Tsp Chili sauce
  • As Required Oil
  • As Required Salt

Directions: Egg Roll Recipe

  • STEP 1.Make a soft dough with maida add 1tsp salt,1 tsp Oil, 1 pieces of egg and hot water (as required)
  • STEP 2.Divide the dough balls. roll out the balls into chapaties.
  • STEP 3.Heat a non -stick tawa.fry a chapati till golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add 1 tsp oil and 1 beaten eggs with salt.spread well over the chapati.remove from heat.
  • STEP 5.Arrang slices cucumber. onion, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, green chilli, lemon juice, pepper and salt.
  • STEP 6.Roll tightly and warp.egg roll is ready, in the serve hot.
