STEP 1.Make a soft dough with maida add 1tsp salt,1 tsp Oil, 1 pieces of egg and hot water (as required)
STEP 2.Divide the dough balls. roll out the balls into chapaties.
STEP 3.Heat a non -stick tawa.fry a chapati till golden brown.
STEP 4.Add 1 tsp oil and 1 beaten eggs with salt.spread well over the chapati.remove from heat.
STEP 5.Arrang slices cucumber. onion, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, green chilli, lemon juice, pepper and salt.
STEP 6.Roll tightly and warp.egg roll is ready, in the serve hot.
