Ingredients for Egg pattie Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon 2 boiled eggs (grated) 1 tablespoon
  • 1/2 tablespoon 1 tablespoon crushed mint leaves 1 tablespoon
  • 1/2 tablespoon crushed coriander leaves
  • 1 Pieces Raw chilli
  • 1 tablespoons Besan
  • 1 teaspoons Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon chata masala
  • to taste Salt
  • As Required White oil as needed

Directions: Egg Pattie Recipe

  • STEP 1.With the grated boiled egg, mix all the ingredients well except the oil.
  • STEP 2.Now make everything in the shape of a patty like a small ball.
  • STEP 3.Fry the patties with a little oil.
  • STEP 4.Serve garnished with sauce and salad.
