  • STEP 4.Place a portion of the egg mixture in the center of each rolled-out dough circle and fold the edges to seal it.
  • STEP 5.Heat a griddle and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown, applying oil or ghee as needed.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
