1 Pieces reen chillies finely chopped ( adjust as per taste)
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste ( optional)
As Required Red chilli powder as per taste
1/4 tsp Garam masala
2.75 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
to taste Salt
1 tbsp Oil
handful Of chopped coriander
Directions: Egg Masala Recipe
STEP 1.Boil the eggs and peel and let it cool.
STEP 2.Chop into small pieces and keep aside.
STEP 3.In a kadai add oil and add finely chopped onions and saute till slightly changes in colour.
STEP 4.Add ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds and add finely chopped tomatoes and all masalas and mix well and cover and cook on low flame for 5 mins till tomatoes are soft.
STEP 5.Add 2-3 spoons of water to it and let it cook so tomatoes becomes mushy.
STEP 6.Add chopped boiled eggs, salt to taste and mix well.
STEP 7.Lastly add chopped coriander and serve with chapati..
STEP 8.Yummy and tasty egg masala is ready..
