Ingredients for Egg Lababdar Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Egg
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion sliced
  • 1/4 Pieces Red Chilli
  • 1/4 Inch Ginger
  • A Few Garlic
  • 1/4 Pieces Tomato
  • 2.50 Pieces Cashew
  • 1/2 Tbsp fresh cream
  • 1/4 Tsp Tsp salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 Tsp tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp mustard oil
  • 0.06 Cup chopped coriander
  • 1/4 Tsp kasuri methi

Directions: Egg Lababdar Recipe

  • STEP 1.First boil eggs separately
  • STEP 2.Then in a separate pan boil ginger, garlic, cashew and tomatoes till soft, strain and wait till cool. Then make a paste.
  • STEP 3.Now take a pan and add oil and wait till hot. Then add bayleaf,whole coriander and red chilli and fry in a low flame.
  • STEP 4.Now add sliced onions and saute in a low flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add paste and saute for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Now add salt and all powdered masala one by one and saute for more 2 to 3 minutes. Then add kauri methi and saute well. And lastly add fresh cream and cover the pan with a lid.
  • STEP 6.Now add half cut eggs and again cover it. After 1 minutes add chopped coriander and serve hot egg Lababdar.
