STEP 2.Then in a separate pan boil ginger, garlic, cashew and tomatoes till soft, strain and wait till cool. Then make a paste.
STEP 3.Now take a pan and add oil and wait till hot. Then add bayleaf,whole coriander and red chilli and fry in a low flame.
STEP 4.Now add sliced onions and saute in a low flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add paste and saute for 5 minutes.
STEP 5.Now add salt and all powdered masala one by one and saute for more 2 to 3 minutes. Then add kauri methi and saute well. And lastly add fresh cream and cover the pan with a lid.
STEP 6.Now add half cut eggs and again cover it. After 1 minutes add chopped coriander and serve hot egg Lababdar.
