Ingredients for Egg Keema Pav Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Fresh green peas
  • 1 Pieces Egg
  • 1 Pieces Tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 inch Cinnamon stick
  • 1 Pieces green cardamoms
  • 1 Pieces Cloves
  • 1/4 tbsp ginger garlic paste( freshly made)
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Egg Keema Pav Recipe

  • STEP 1.Put the peas in a little water and cook them for 5 minutes.

  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and put cinnamon and cloves, then chopped onions and cook for sometimes, sautéing occasionally.

  • STEP 3.Add ginger and garlic paste and continue sautéing for five minutes.

  • STEP 4.Then add chopped tomato, stir well and cook for sometime.

  • STEP 5.Add turmeric, chilli and garam masala powder.

  • STEP 6.Add salt and cook on low flame till tomatoes cooked well.

  • STEP 7.Make omelette in another pan and scramble it.

  • STEP 8.Add boiled peas in masala gravy.

  • STEP 9.Mix well and add shredded omelette.

  • STEP 10.Mix well and cook on high flame for sometimes.

  • STEP 11.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

  • STEP 12.Heat some butter in a pan and add some egg keema and chopped coriander leaves.

  • STEP 13.Cut pav from middle and toast in butter masala.

  • STEP 14.Serve with egg keema and enjoy.
