Ingredients for Egg Fry Recipe

  • 3 nos Egg
  • 4 nos medium sized onion
  • 4 tsp jeera powder
  • 4.50 tsp red chilli powder
  • 5.50 tsp turmeric powder
  • 6 nos Salt (As per taste)
  • 7.50 tbsp mustard oil
  • 8 nos Coriander leaves for garnishing

Directions: Egg Fry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash the eggs well and boil them for 10 mins. Then, peel the cover off. Now, fry the eggs for 2 mins on low flame. Cut onions into slices. Fry the onions for 2 mins on medium flame. Add turmeric, jeera, red chilli powders and then add salt, then fry for 2 mins on medium flame. Now, take the eggs and cut both into halves and add the eggs to the fried onions and leave for 2 mins. Then, take the flame off and serve it hot.
