  • As required egg...
  • 1.33 nos Boiled potato...
  • 0.33 nos Onion paste..tspb
  • 0.33 nos Ginger garlic paste...
  • 0.33 nos tomato..
  • 1.67 nos Beetroor juice...tspn
  • 1.67 nos Carrot juice..tspn
  • 0.33 nos turmeric powder...tspn
  • 0.33 nos Red chilli powder..tspn
  • As required Coriander leaves

Directions: Egg Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil egg first.
  • STEP 2.Boil potato.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil, add turmeric powder & red chilli powder & fry the eggs in it.
  • STEP 4.Take out the eggs & fry the boiled potato for few mins.Keep aside.
  • STEP 5.Add cumin seeds in the same oil & let it crackle.
  • STEP 6.After few mins add onion paste,ginger garlic & tomato paste.Fry it for few mins.
  • STEP 7.Add fried eggs & potatoes.
  • STEP 8.Add beetroor & carrot juice, salt & turmeric powder.Within few mins colour will change.Cover it & cook it well.
  • STEP 9.After 10 mins adjust salt & add coriander leaves.
  • STEP 10.Its ready now .Serve it with roti or rice.
