STEP 3.Heat oil, add turmeric powder & red chilli powder & fry the eggs in it.
STEP 4.Take out the eggs & fry the boiled potato for few mins.Keep aside.
STEP 5.Add cumin seeds in the same oil & let it crackle.
STEP 6.After few mins add onion paste,ginger garlic & tomato paste.Fry it for few mins.
STEP 7.Add fried eggs & potatoes.
STEP 8.Add beetroor & carrot juice, salt & turmeric powder.Within few mins colour will change.Cover it & cook it well.
STEP 9.After 10 mins adjust salt & add coriander leaves.
STEP 10.Its ready now .Serve it with roti or rice.
