Ingredients for Egg-citing Recipe

  • 0.67 Pieces Boiled eggs
  • 0.33 Pieces Carrot
  • 0.33 Pieces Potato
  • 4 Pieces Green peas
  • 0.33 tbsp Chopped capsicum
  • 0.33 Tsp chopped green chilli
  • 0.33 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 0.33 g Mixed herbs
  • 1 tbsp Bread crumbs
  • 0.67 tbsp Butter
  • as required Salt
  • as required Sugar

Directions: Egg-citing Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil and mash the carrot, potato and green peas.
  • STEP 2.Sauté some chopped capsicum and green chilles in butter, and mix it with potato mash, along with salt,sugar,mixed herbs and chopped parsley
  • STEP 3.Slice up the boiled eggs and coat them with the mix (prepared earlier) followed by some bread crumbs, and give them a patty-like shape
  • STEP 4.Preheat the oven at 180⁰ for 10mins, arrange the patties in a baking tray and put it in the oven
  • STEP 5.Bake till both the surfaces of the patties develop a golden-brown crust
  • STEP 6.Serve hot with mayo or desired sauce!!
