Ingredients for Egg Chingari Recipe

  • 1 nos Egg
  • 0.67 nos Big size onions
  • 0.33 nos Tomato
  • 0.33 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 0.67 tsp red chilli powder
  • 0.33 tsp coriander cumin powder
  • 0.17 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.17 tsp garam masala
  • As required Salt as per taste
  • 0.17 cup Water
  • 0-0.33 tsp Oil
  • As required Coriander leaves

Directions: Egg Chingari Recipe

  • STEP 1.1) Take a pan, add oil. Once oil is hot, add chopped onions and fry till translucent. Onions have become soft, now add ginger garlic paste & fry till raw smell goes off.
  • STEP 2.2) Now add chopped tomato, salt as per taste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander-cumin powder, garam masala. Mix everything well.
  • STEP 3.3)Add 1/2 cup of water for the masales to be cooked. Mix well and cook till the tomato become soft & oil starts to separate. The masala is done.
  • STEP 4.4)Take 2 boiled eggs and cut it into small pieces. Mix well with the masales and cook for 2-3 minutes and switch off the flame.
  • STEP 5.5) Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with grated 1 boiled eggs and coriander leaves.
  • STEP 6.6) Ready to serve it hot with chapati, roti, pav.
