Ingredients for Egg Burji Recipe

  • 1/4 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 Tsp Jeera
  • 1/2 Pieces Onions
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 1 Pieces Green chillies
  • 1/4 Inches Ginger
  • As Required Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.06 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Pav bhaji masala
  • Handful Coriander leaves
  • 1.25 Pieces Eggs

Directions: Egg Burji Recipe

  • STEP 1.· Take a wok or kadai and set it on medium high heat, add oil and butter, add cumin seeds.
  • STEP 2.· Sauté for a minute, add onions and cook until onions are translucent.
  • STEP 3.· Now add the green chilies, ginger and chopped tomatoes, sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  • STEP 4.· Add salt, red chilli powder turmeric powder and pav bhaji masala, mix well and cook until tomatoes are lightly mushy.
  • STEP 5.· Now break the eggs in a bowl and whisk well with little salt and pour it in the wok.
  • STEP 6.· Cook while stirring continuously and keep the flame to medium heat, you can keep it dry or a little moist. The choice is completely yours.
  • STEP 7.· Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
  • STEP 8.· Serve hot with toasted bread slices, pav or paratha of your choice.
