Ingredients for Egg Biryani Recipe

  • 1/2 cups Basmati rice
  • 12.50 g Oil
  • 1/2 Pieces Chinnamon
  • 1/2 Pieces Cardamom
  • 1/2 Pieces Cloves
  • A Handful Sliced onion
  • 1/4 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • A Handful Chopped tomato
  • A Handful Mint leaves
  • A Handful Corriender leaves
  • 1/4 tsp chilly powder
  • 1/2 As Required Green chillies
  • 0.13 cup Curd
  • 1 As Required Boiled eggs
  • 0.63 cup water

Directions: Egg Biryani Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a cooker add oil, spices, onion, green chillies ginger garlic paste, tometo cook till mashed. And then add mint leaves corriender leaves, red chilly powder, curd, salt.
  • STEP 2.And then add soaked rice and boiled eggs cook medium flame in 3 whistles.
  • STEP 3.Egg Biryani ready to serve.
