Ingredients for Egg Biriyani Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Boiled basmati rice -
  • 1.25 nos Boiled eggs - nos
  • 3/4 nos Onion sliced - medium sized
  • 3/4 nos Green chillies - nos
  • 1/2 inch Ginger - size
  • 2 nos Garlic - cloves
  • 1/4 nos Tomato - medium size
  • As required salt - as per taste
  • 3/4 tablespoons Oil -
  • 1/2 tablespoons Curd -
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder -
  • 1/4 tablespoon Chilli powder -
  • 1/4 teaspoon Jaggery sliced -
  • 0.13 tablespoon Coriander powder -
  • As required Chopped coriander leaves
  • As required chopped mint leaves
  • As required For frying
  • 1/2 nos Onion - medium sized
  • As required Cashews & kismis - as per taste

Directions: Egg Biriyani Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil Basmati rice and keep aside
  • STEP 2.Add oil into kadai and fry sliced onion, kismis and cashews
  • STEP 3.For egg masala, add sliced onion, salt, ginger garlic paste and sliced tomato.
  • STEP 4.Saute everything.
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder.
  • STEP 6.Add water.
  • STEP 7.Add 1 teaspoon jaggery.
  • STEP 8.Add chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves
  • STEP 9.Add curd.
  • STEP 10.Add boiled eggs.
  • STEP 11.Start making dum by adding masala, rice, fried onion, kashew, kismis and chopped mint-coriander leaves.
  • STEP 12.Enjoy the one pot magic☺
