Ingredients for Egg bhapa Recipe

  • 1 g eggspc
  • 3/4 tbsp 3 tbsp
  • 3/4 tbsp Poppy seeds
  • 1/4 tbsp grated coconut or coconut powder optional
  • 1/4 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 3/4 g pc green chilies
  • 1/4 tbsp Sugar
  • to taste Salt to taste
  • 1/4 Cups water

Directions: Egg Bhapa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Preparing the Dim Bhapa Recipe Marinade.
  • STEP 2.Soak the mustard and poppy seeds in water for 20 minutes.
  • STEP 3.In a mixer-grinder, prepare a fine paste of the soaked mustard seeds and poppy seeds.
  • STEP 4.Boil the eggs for 6-8 minutes on high flame.You will need hard boiled eggs.
  • STEP 5.Take a tiffin box and pour the mustard seeds and poppy seeds paste.
  • STEP 6.Add the turmeric, slit chilies, salt, sugar, mustard oil and coconut powder.
  • STEP 7.Give it a nice whisk with a spoon to mix all the ingredients uniformly.
  • STEP 8.Add the eggs in the tiffin box after de-shelling them.
  • STEP 9.Take spoonfuls of the marinade and pour over the eggs.
  • STEP 10.Close the lid of the tiffin box.
