STEP 1.Beat the egg well with salt now mix onion ,gram flour, shredded coconut,green chillies.
Take an appam pan grease with oil and pour the mixture cover for a while. Flip and make the other part fried well.
Now put some oil in a pan add cumin seeds,bay leaf,dried chilly and the whole garam masala,let it crackle.
Fry onion garlic and ginger paste,add salt and turmeric powder.
Add cumin coriander powder,red chilli powder and tomato paste saute well.
Pour water and let it boil,add the egg appams and simmer for 2-3 minutes, sprinkle garam masala and remove.It is ready to be served with rice.
