STEP 1.Crack the eggs in a bowl, add some salt, and beat
STEP 2.Heat 2tbsp of ghee in a non-stick pan and add the chopped items (as mentioned in the ingredients column) and saute them on a medium-low flame and add in the turmeric powder , cumin powder, coriander powder and Kashmiri red chilli powder and cook it well
STEP 3.Next add in the eggs , and continuously stir to prepare a juicy mixture and add some more ghee and chopped coriander leaves and chopped spring onions
STEP 4.Egg akuri is ready!!! Serve hot with Indian flatbread / parantha
