An easy and a mouthwatering pickle recipe from my grandmother's chest of goodies. It is a yummy side dish or an accompaniment to the boring meals. This can be made when tomatoes are in season and relished with simple boiled rice, ghee and poppadoms. Made instantly and without the long process of sun drying involved in the traditional method. It also stays fresh for almost a fortnight and a little more when stored in the refrigerator.
