  • 1/20 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1/20 cup Tamarind, gooseberry sized soaked in water
  • 0.30 tablespoon Instant sambar powder
  • 1/10 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/20 teaspoon chilli powder 1
  • As required For tempering
  • 1/5 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/10 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1/5 Dry red chillies, slit
  • As required Curry leaves for garnishing
