My husband is very fond of haleem and it takes quite long to cook haleem in a traditional way so to save time i thought of making this protein packed nutritious dish in just 45 mins it is easy and its healthy too.
Ingredients for Easy Oats Chicken Haleem In Just 45 Mins Recipe
0.40 cup Oats
150 gram chicken with bone
1/10 cup Split urad dal
0.40 tablespoon chana dal
0.40 tablespoon moong dal
1.20 big onions sliced
1/5 tablespoon ginger garlic paste each
1/5 teaspoon each of red chilli powder and Corriander powder
1/5 teaspoon each of pepper powder, nutmeg powder and mace powder
1/5 teaspoon Whole Peppercorns
1/5 teaspoon Cardamom, cinnamon and clove each
1/5 teaspoon Garam masala powder
1/5 cup ghee or 1/2 of ghee and 1/2 cup of olive oil
0.60 tablespoon Lemon juice
can rose petals are optional but used if available
As required Salt
As required Chopped green chilli and ginger julienne
As required Chopped fresh corriander for garnishing
