  • 150 gram chicken with bone
  • 1/10 cup Split urad dal
  • 0.40 tablespoon chana dal
  • 0.40 tablespoon moong dal
  • 1.20 big onions sliced
  • 1/5 tablespoon ginger garlic paste each
  • 1/5 teaspoon each of red chilli powder and Corriander powder
  • 1/5 teaspoon each of pepper powder, nutmeg powder and mace powder
  • 1/5 teaspoon Whole Peppercorns
  • 1/5 teaspoon Cardamom, cinnamon and clove each
  • 1/5 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/5 cup ghee or 1/2 of ghee and 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 0.60 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • can rose petals are optional but used if available
  • As required Salt
  • As required Chopped green chilli and ginger julienne
  • As required Chopped fresh corriander for garnishing
  • 1/10 cup Yogurt
