  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon plain flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon charoli
  • 1 Cloves
  • 1/2 Cardamom
  • 1/2 stick Cinnamon
  • 1-1.50 whole peppercorns
  • 1.50 finely crushed dry red chillies
  • 1/10 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • As required Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 piece bay leaf, broken into four
  • 0.13 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • As required For garnishing
  • 0.13 cup grated paneer or cheese
  • 2-2.50 fresh rose petals
