Ingredients for Instant Pot Chili Recipe

  • 0.40 Strips uncooked bacon
  • 1/5 pound Ground beef i like using very lean ground beef, so theres no grease to drain
  • 1/10 Small yellow onion diced
  • 0.40 Cloves garlic minced or pressed
  • 1/20 teaspoon Salt plus more to taste
  • 1/20 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1/10 can Bottle beer i used a golden ale, omit and replace with more broth, but would leave in for flavor if possible
  • 0.15 cup Beef broth
  • 1/5 can Tomato sauce
  • 1/10 can Tomato paste
  • 1/10 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/10 Green bell pepper diced
  • 1/10-1/5 tablespoon Chili powder i like 2
  • 1/10-1/5 tablespoon Brown sugar i like 2
  • 1/20 tablespoon Ground cumin
  • 1/10 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 0.03 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes more or less to taste
  • 1/10 can Dark red kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 1/10 can Pinto beans drained and rinsed
  • As required Cilantro
  • As required Sour cream or greek yogurt
  • As required Shredded cheese
  • No.s Jalapenos
  • As required Crushed chips tortilla or fritos
  • As required Crackers
  • As required Cornbread
