  • 1/2 cup Shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup Very thinly sliced radishes
  • 1/4 cup Very thinly sliced potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Sliced or chopped red onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried basil, oregano or italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Freshly grated parmesan cheese
