An easy lasagne recipe from my kitchen for you all skipping the ricotta, plus i have used both mutton mince and boneless chicken cubes as an innovation. The main aim behind making it this way is that parmesan cheese is not available readily in many places as well as the ricotta. Though it can be made at home, i felt of giving this classic dish a makeover with just 2 cheeses that are available and pretty much handy too. Mozzarella and cheddar are the 2 beauties that i have basically used in this dish to whip up the most goeey and cheesy family lasagne ever. My family just devoured it within no time and i was flooded with compliments at dinner table. Wishing you the same experience as mine dear friends, happy cooking!.
